Sharing real world usage stories is often more helpful than any advertisement. Cheap frames can look nice at first but bend easily or become loose after a few weeks. If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed.

I like when a shop clearly shows PD, lens height and bridge width in millimeters. Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. It makes it easier to compare with an old pair of glasses that already fits well. Many people do not mind waiting if they understand what is going on. Very thin fabric may be fine for summer but often looks cheap and becomes see through. Footwear is even harder because different brands cut shoes very differently. If buyers say the item runs small or large, I always adjust my choice accordingly.
